I think one of Hezzbolahs main strengths was the fact that they could broadcast and show the world, especially Israeli citizens the front lines as it was happening, in other words the pshycolgical warfare that in reality wins the hearts of the people. That said I think Al-Qaeda are simply trying to increase there talent by recruiting online. Thing is, shouldnt the US be able to follow up on such sites and close them down or should I say hunt them down or as I firmly beleive is it to their benefit… after all without terrorists in play how would they be able to continue their world domination plan…
