		<description>Not withstanding an anthropocentric interpretation, varying degrees of liberty exists in today’s world.  Liberty for us may be discussing in a public forum Irish /US corruption. In other parts of the world it can mean something entirely different even if it meant placing ’liberty’ on a list of priorities.</description>
