Ireland is and has never been poor, thus there have been many-many rip offs in this little country from War of Independence onwards. Allegedly it used to be the Brits, but we do it much better. Irish libel laws protected CJH and many others who went before him. Libel laws still protect Mr Ahern and all Irish politicians. They cant totally control bloggers on the www!
