Well the Irish Examiner, after much pitching by me, was brave enough to implement wordle usage. I reckon it might be the first Irish paper to use it.
I think it is effective. It draws the readers eyes in, and gives a sense of what the speech itself contains. What do people think? Is it something that could be used more in other contexts?

Looks very impressive, don’t be surprised if you seen Metro or the Herald copying the idea within days.

I’m looking forward to the next ard deis speech being fed in to wordle. Are there any one texts that can be fed in to the system to see how it handles Irish?

I’m sure you could try… http://www.wordle.net. I had a quick look for texts in Irish, but couldn’t see any.
