		<description>It&#039;s quite common for publishers etc. to claim rights they don&#039;t have. You can even buy the US constitution with a copyright notice on it. I think the laws of California are marked copyright of the state. I don&#039;t know how much a judge has to pay to quote them in his/her judgement...
