Microsoft have finally released a patch for IE, after a very long wait. Too late, I have long since moved to Mozilla Firefox. It seems I am not the only one, with Mozilla reporting a significant spike in downloads of Firefox.
This comes after the Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Computer Emergency Readiness Team recommended for security reasons using browsers other than Microsoft Corp.'s Internet Explorer.
