While you’re at it, look into Richardson’s involvement with Rohan Holdings in 1994, the year Bertie, as Minister for Finance, modified the Finance Bill for the sole benefit of Rohan Group, to the tune of €2M. That was the year Rohan paid Des Richardson €1M.
