They have wasted the massive funds which have poured into the exchequer in the past ten years, to fatten their cronies asses,bribe the farmers, and subdue the big unions who represent secure, state employees. What should have gone into reforming Health has gone into the pockets of the vast bureaucracy which controls it and the duplicate and equally wasteful quango set up by Harney to replace it!!
