This is extremely similar to the view I had of what remained of the WTC when I visited New York in late September 2001. It was of staggering proportions.

Cloverfield
The trailer everyone is talking about (filmed on a phone in a movie theatre). Everytime it’s uploaded to Youtube, Paramount order a takedown.
Yes that’s the head of the Statue of Liberty at the end. Poor quality I know, but these videos are hard to find.
Dailymotion still have it:
Alan Johnston released
BBC correspondent Alan Johnston has been freed from kidnappers in Gaza after almost four months in captivity.
Television pictures showed Mr Johnston, 45, leaving a building and entering a white car, accompanied by armed men. He said he was tired but in good health.
During his time as a hostage, three videos were released featuring images of Mr Johnston or of his belongings.
Calls were made for his release in rallies worldwide and in an online petition signed by some 200,000 people.
Mr Johnston was handed over to officials of the Hamas administration, reports say.

Newsnight joke
I like it…
In Jerusalem, a Reuters journalist heard about a very old Jewish man who had been going to the Wailing Wall to pray, twice a day, everyday, for a long, long time. So she went to check it out. She went to the Wailing Wall and there he was! She watched him pray and after about 45 minutes, when he turned to leave, she approached him for an interview.
“I’m Rebecca Smith from Reuters. Sir, how long have you been coming to the Wall and praying?”
“For about 60 years.”
“60 years! That’s amazing! What do you pray for?”
“I pray for peace between the Christians, Jews and the Muslims. I pray for all the hatred to stop and I pray for all our children to grow up in safety and friendship.”
“How do you feel after doing this for 60 years?”
“Like I’m talking to a fucking wall.”
